Backend is back up, this was caused by a problem in our storage infrastructure - apologies again for any inconvenience!

Unfortunately, this infrastructure problem has resurfaced tonight and the backend is unavailable again. Our IT team is looking into it - sorry again for any inconvenience caused by this!

Backend is available again!

Dear Users, unfortunately EODC is currently experiencing networking issues which affects the website openeo.cloud and the aggregator connection. You can still connect directly to the individual backends.

Other services such as the eolab are also still available.

We apologize for any inconvienence.

The networking issue has been resolved. All EODC services operate normally.

Important - Regular Forum Maintenance
Dear Users,

Hi all - unfortunately, batch job processing at the EODC backend is currently unavailable. We’re working on a solution and will report here once this issue is resolved. Please also note that Monday (01.05.2023) is a public holiday in Austria.

Please be aware that due to infrastructure changes, there will be an upcoming maintenance period affecting your connectivity to EODC Services.

This will take place on Tuesday 30th 2023 between 10:30 and 11:30.

Hi all,

due to some necessary maintenance work, batch processing at EODC will be interrupted between 13:30-14:30 today. Creating and submitting jobs is not affected and still available, however execution of these jobs will only resume once this change is complete - I’ll update this thread once this is done!
