EGI check-in login not working for Sentinel hub OpenEO

Dear openEO Platform forum,

I am trying to use Sentinel Hub backend using both openEO editor and python API for openeo. But I am still facing authentication issues after EGI check-in login. The error I receive is “Credentials are not correct”. Example shown in the picture.

I appreciate any help in this regards,

I can not reproduce this problem at the moment.

  • can you manage to log in on the openEO Platform (aka openeo.cloud) editor at https://editor.openeo.cloud/ with that same account?
  • can you include your browser’s url in that screenshot of the error?

Yes sure.

  • Yes I can login in openEO Platform editor with same account.

@jaygis2021 Could you maybe open the developer tools and observe the network request. There should be a failed request to the aai.egi.eu endpoint that might have some more information on what is going wrong here.

I tested it (login to the SH production backend using the openEO editor) with my account and things worked fine.

I also noticed that you created a 2 trial account (the one with j*******21@gmail.com). Does this one work? The other one is expired which might have been the reason why you had problems.

Can you please help in find the developer tools? Yes, I am using the account that you mentioned.
