Job logs not available

Hi i cant seem to view the job logs in the web editor, it says they are not available:

Hi Jappe,

Your job is in the created status and is not started yet. So there are no job logs yet. Make sure that you dont forget to start processing.

ah it seems like i’m not authenticated… that’s a bit puzzling because i’m logged in…

Perhaps you can try login again to https://portal.terrascope.be again? After that, you can try go to this page API Suite - Portal, and click on ‘Manage On Terrascope’ button.

Under ‘Federated Identity’ menu, you can remove and add again your EduGain. Finally, try starting your process again. Let me know if it works for you.
