Oelab 403: forbidden

Hi there,
Could you explain us what should be done in order to be able to access eolab.eodc.. We applied the correct the username and password but we got then this error:

FYI - it works for me but not for my colleagues

We have followed these steps: Get started with openEO Platform in JupyterLab (Python) | openEO Platform Documentation

Hey @sulova.andrea, could you please tell us the user name you are trying to log in? Also happy if you write the e-mail address to me privately.

Edit:
@sulova.andrea should work now. Please check again

Hi everyone,

I am experiencing the same issue when trying to access eolab. Is there a known reason this happens, and how to fix it?

@paco can you please provide more information about your subscription (free trial?) and how your are going to access eolab?

Yes I am indeed using a free account, and signing up with egi SSO. I also tried to create a second free account signing in with github, but it gives me the same error. I could also check that my account is activated, and has some available credits in EO Plaza.

Can you please try the following link to login to eolab.

https://eolab.eodc.eu/hub/egi/oauth_login

thx

I have the same problem.
Also, I am not sure if that is related, but in a notebook I get this similar error:
OpenEoApiError: [403] Error: No valid entitlement found in EGI.

@elsmeuslogins I see you also posted that at OpenEoApiError: [403] Error: No valid entitlement found in EGI - #2 by stefaan.lippens let’s keep the discussion there

Hello I am using a free trial account too and I have the same issue (when I try to use the jupyterlab interface) since a couple of weeks. How can I fix it ?

@selim.behloul have you tried any of the solutions/references above to resolve that issue?

I tried to login following @christoph.reimer link but I still got the same error.

@stefaan.lippens I think the free trial expired and I had to enroll again.

So I just re enrolled and now I am waiting for the approval to retry

@selim.behloul FYI this is a public forum, be careful with sharing (screenshots of) personal information like that
