There are four main S3 instruments (OLCI, SLSTR, SRAL and MWR) and two of them are already available as collection on openeo so does Sentinel-3 SRAL be implemented any time soon?

thanks for expressing your interest in those collections (noted). There is currently no short-term plan to add those, so they won’t be available soon.
