Showing warning of Need Credits

Hello Team EO Open Developer,

We are using the Open EO API to build an advanced product but are encountering the following error:

“Preflight process graph validation raised: [ProcessUnsupported] Process with identifier ‘NDVI’ is not available in namespace ‘backend’.
Failed to parse API error response: [402] ‘{“message”: “You do not have sufficient credits to perform this request. Please visit API Suite - Portal to find more information on how to buy additional credits.”}’ (headers: {‘Content-Type’: ‘application/json’, ‘X-Served-By’: ‘traefik_credits_check’, ‘Date’: 'Fri, 31 May 2”

Despite having enough credits and using new credentials, we are still facing this issue. It would be great to connect with you here in the forum or via a virtual call to resolve this.

Hello,
to investigate this further, it would be great, if you could share the process graph you are using. (You can access it by calling the .flat_graph() accessor in the python client or by displaying the code in the openEO webeditor.) Which openEO collection are you using?

Hi,

I’d also like to ask which backend url you are using (openeo.vito.be, openeo.dataspace.copernicus.eu, …). A job id or request id will also help, then I can check the amount of credits you have left.
